Roman Campillo

 

Graduated as Chemical Engineer at UNAM, attended the Master on Intellectual Property at the Franklin Pierce Law Center.

 

He worked in the Mexican patent office (IMPI) from 1985 to 1999;  after that, he left to pursue independent practice and collaboration with various firms in the field, performing searches for the state-of-the-art and the drafting of Mexican and international patent and utility model applications

 

He has taught at UNAM in areas such as mathematicas and statistics, where he prepared textbooks for Psychologist, and project evaluation workshop, project management ans economic engineering for Chemical engineers.

 

He has participated as co-author in the book: "International Patent Law" (Aspatore Books) with the chapter on legal practices in Mexico, and recently, in the book "Studies on Industrial and Intellectual Property (Estudios en Materia de Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual)", compiled by Dr. Jose Manuel Magaña Rufino, with an article about the Patent Cooperation Treaty.

 

He is a member of the Mexican Association for Protection of the Intellectual Property, AMPPI

Associate Offices


We work with other offices in the field, offering them support, especially in drafting of documents and drawings for the development of applications,  and even in the translation of foreign documents for the same purpose.
